For Login Failures:
- If login fails after an upgrade, try re-typing the password with save password enabled.
- Please check on the TFL Oyster ( https://oyster.tfl.gov.uk/oyster/entry.do) or TFL Contactless (https://contactless.tfl.gov.uk) website if login works. Your account must work on the TFL websites for it to work on the App. Always check by logging on their website from a PC/laptop.
- Does your password has some special characters? If yes, this might be the issue and a password reset might worl (Work in progress for new app version which handles all special characters)
